A beautifully soft and airy brushed lace weight yarn with an elegant halo and delicate drape. This luxurious blend of Baby Suri Alpaca and Mulberry Silk creates a cloud-like texture that works beautifully held double with other yarns or knitted on its own for lightweight garments and accessories.

These colourways were carefully selected for Velvet Bramble and are hand dyed to order in Edinburgh by Zakami Yarns.

This base takes dye beautifully, producing soft, dreamy colourways with gentle tonal variation and delicate speckling. Due to the brushed nature of the yarn, skeins may occasionally appear lightly compacted after dyeing. This is completely normal and can be easily fluffed by gently teasing the fibres once dry.

• For larger projects, we recommend alternating skeins for the most even finish.
