Baa Ram Ewe Donegal Twists DK is a beautiful Donegal tweed yarn, created from a subtle twist of two yarns designed to give a balance of strength, colour and handle. This traditional tweed yarn blends 28% worsted spun luxury British wool with 72% woollen spun soft Donegal Merino.

Designed by the Baa Ram Ewe team and made in Kilcar, Ireland at the Donegal Yarns woollen mill, this classic Donegal-style tweed yarn features subtle flecks of colour running throughout, creating the characteristic tweed effect that makes Donegal yarns so distinctive.

We love the feel of this yarn in the hand and the softly tweedy character that adds depth and texture to every shade.

The wool used in this yarn comes from non-mulesed sheep.
