We currently deliver within the UK, and to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore. Japan, and Hong Kong. We do not currently ship to the EU. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or handling fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by the importing country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Velvet Bramble has no control over these charges and cannot guarantee what, if any, fees may apply. By placing an international order, you agree to pay any customs duties, tariffs, taxes or handling fees required by your country.

🇺🇸 Orders to the United States

US orders are shipped using a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service via Royal Mail. This means that import duties and handling fees calculated at the time of dispatch are paid in advance as part of your order total.

Where DDP is correctly applied, no additional customs payment should be required on delivery.

However, import regulations and tariff policies can change without notice. Any additional charges imposed by US customs authorities that fall outside the prepaid DDP amount remain the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, ensuring a reliable and efficient delivery service.

Postage costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

We will usually aim to dispatch within 24 hours.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges, but we do accept returns on unused items that were purchased within the last 30 days.

Yes! We are committed to reducing waste, and all of our packaging is recyclable.

For some products, such as our sterling silver stitch markers, we use PH-neutral glassine bags to protect them. These are also fully recyclable, offering both protection and sustainability.
